Bercleys Properties is a property acquisition and management company driven by an unwavering desire to improve lives and provide housing for some of society’s most vulnerable individuals.
Established over twenty years ago, we began by focusing on the Private Rental Sector (PRS), providing asset management for investors who sought a more ethical and socially conscious approach to property investment.
This method quickly led to partnerships with local authorities, supporting them in discharging their housing duties and becoming a trusted partner in managing the full tenant housing cycle. It also marked the beginning of a technological journey that infused our expertise with the certainty of data insights and rapid-response solutions, aided by our own bespoke technology platform.
We only care about attitude and skill. Nothing else.
Our mission is to improve the lives of tenants and support our partners in providing the best social housing and care in our sector. We have no time for outdated systems or attitudes, only a strong desire to find better ways of working, better ways to provide certainty and security for tenants, and better ways to deliver and simplify processes for partners.
Our people are chosen for their ability to understand the difficult social challenges many of our tenants face and to use that empathy to find quicker, more effective ways to resolve problems.
Sadly, it’s unlikely that we’ll ever see a world without homelessness, but in the meantime, Bercleys Properties will always be here, doing everything we can to alleviate this terrible plight in the areas we serve. It’s currently the best we can do, but we’ll never stop looking for ways to go further.
